12 Gb RAM

Hi i have an Intel DH67CL motherboard.
i currently have 2x2GB RAM modules installed. I would like to add another 8GB.
Can i buy 1x8BG module, or must it be 2x4GB modules?
Please also indicate what speed it must be

it may be best to use 4GB modules. Here is a nice kit:

Use 2x4 so that the memory runs in Dual Channel mode.
