Question 120 gb SSD shows 100mb in storage

Hello,

I'm not very knowledgeable in SSD's but i had transferred a supposedly 120gb SSD (6gb/s) from my old computer and connected it appropriately to my newer PC however as i check the drives the SSD is labelled as restricted by system and only allows a maximum of 100MB storage space.

If someone knows the solution to this problem or have any questions i would appreciate the help.

That "D" partition is not the new SSD, it is a small system partition.
It should not have that drive letter.

However, I see no existence of a 120GB drive in there.

There is a 1TB, your C drive.
And then a 300(?) GB, which contains your E partition.

There is no new SSD.

Yeah i have 2 hard drives connected as of right now im wiping the 300gb however i have plugged in the SSD too.
i guess ill try messing around with the cables and see if it makes a difference
