Question 120 MM FAN COVER?

i had a dust filter on top of my case but i want to fully block the top 120 mm fan spots. is there anything like a 120 mm fan cover
that could do this?

the airflow with one front fan and one back fan is enough to get good temps in this case.

my favorite dust filter hack is as follows.
double sided tape to frame the opening.
nylon hosiery for the filter, stretch adhere and trim. voila dust filter.
I prefer these grills to the small holed metal mesh or grid covers.
