The pc will be built for pure gaming and lots of series/movies.
Now for the help that i need. I dont know if i should buy 650w psu or a 550, psucalculators say max load will be 495w(random oc at 3.9ghz with 1.4v bump, i know thats not the configuration but just for the calculation). Ram, IDK what happens with ryzen ram speeds CAS and compatibility ( also im thinking of changing this kit as ive read that it wont fit my ryzen, sad because i liked the rgb). SSD now and an HDD later on, i can cope with 250gigs early on.RX 580 because freesync and after searching the web it runs faster at the games that i play.MOBO because i might upgrade later on and i want a good MOBO from early on. Ryzen because i believe that it will get better performance as time passes. Case costs 70 euros but its heavy so it costs a lot. Total shipping costs are around 50 euro.
ALSO I need a sub 200euro monitor and idk if i should go for 75hz IPS with 5ms or TN 1ms. Im thinking of the IPS because ill be watching lots of series and movies. I play some competitive games like PUBG, CSGO and LoL but nothing special.
Id like your suggestions to be based on your experiences and from www.skroutz.gr as it helps me choose the parts in my country.

parts list:
Ryzen 1600------ 202
Asrock AB350M Pro4----- 74
G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB)----- 172
Mushkin Triactor 240GB----- 83
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" SATA ΙΙΙ ----- 42
Gigabyte GeForce GTX1070 8GB Windforce OC (GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD) ----- 452
Seasonic M12II-520 EVO ----- 68
Corsair Carbide Spec-04 ----- 56

For case, you pick anything you like. It is ~1150 euros and leave 50 for shipping

General comments on the build: PSU overkill (135W GPU, 65W CPU, rest~50W, consider OCing and 20% head room, 450+ will be more than enough, even 400 is OK), ram can be cheaper, I will go with GTX 1070 or even GTX 1060 6gb, MB can be cheaper, case can be cheaper, throw an HDD as 250 gb not enough. For your purpose, IPS is better, however, some TN looks very good. You may want to visit a shop to check the specific model out.

Should I buy a 1x8 cl14 3000 module, oc it up to 3200 and later on buy another 1x8? and again oc it to 3200?
Ive seen some pretty nice gains on 3200mhz but idk what happens with cl

Don't buy two separate sticks, they are very likely to not work together. A pack will do for sure. 3000->3200, I haven't seen anyone done that with Ryzen yet. As many 3200 clocked ram can not run at 3200. You can google a bunch. Stick to 3200 2x8gb

kinda out of my league but ill seeee... my 18th bday is in 1.5 week sooo, let the cash rain, ive been saving for a 1.5 year and i think its time to upgrade. I even sold my fx 8320 r9 380 for 400 euros but with monitor included :c
