Hello guys,
Currently I'm planning to upgrade my PC.
At the moment i have following PC:
CPU Ryzen 2600
GPU Rx 590 8gb
Motherboard A320M PRO-VD/S (MS-7A36) (AM4)(MSI)
RAM Hyper X Fury 2x8gb 2400hz
PSU Chieftec smart series 600-700W (not sure because there is no label with that info)
SSD 465GB Crucial CT500MX500SSD1 (SATA (SSD))
Win 10 pro 64 ( not sure if it's needed)
With this PC that i have it feels like something is bottlenecking, it feels off. In my opinion it is motherboard that is outdated for those components. (Would love to hear your opinions)

So my following question is, maybe you could offer me better build preferably within the price in the title and with RTX 2070s or RTX 3070 with Intel processor.
I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

PS i'm planning on playing high demanding games like COD MW, streaming, Cyberpunk ETC. I have currently MSI Optix G24 series 144hz monitor that i would love to use to it's full potential.

Just an example of what you could get. The Zotac 3070 is just a place holder as it was the only one with a listed retail price.

Considering how well my 2070S performs at 1440p the 3070 should be quite the improvement.

Thank you,
GarrettL and Archaic59 for your help and for putting effort into providing me with builds for that price.
I would like to ask one more question about my current build, what do you think is limiting element of this build?

One thing that sticks out is the RAM. Ryzen likes fast memory. You should be using at least DDR4 3200 CL16. A B450 board would be better but I don't see that really hurting performance. The Ryzen build listed above is missing a case so watch for that. You could use the Intel i7-10700k in the build I suggested if you wanted.
