[SOLVED] $1200 best build?! Need help

Looking to build my first computer but have little to no knowledge.
I know that I need a 1TB SSD and 16gb RAM.
I do not want to limit myself but I need help. Please help me out making a list for a decent PC!
Oh btw, my current monitor is a ASUS VX238H 1920x1080 pixels

Best bet is to wait a couple of days and see what the benchmarks of the Ryzen 3000 series show. After we know how that performs then it will be easier to figure out a $1200 build.
