Case: Nice looking but passive cooling. Little to no air flow. System may suffer from overheating.

Power Supply: Correct form factor (SFX) with proper power connectors.

Motherboard: Z1xx series boards natively support the 6th Gen Core I-series processors. They require a BIOS update in order to utilize a 7th Gen processor. Some manufacturers will put a sticker on the box which states which BIOS version is installed, but until you have the box, you won't know. Be prepared to have to pay (or borrow a 6th Gen Intel processor) to get the BIOS updated. Additionally, given the cooling situation, I'd probably forego any ideas of overclocking and opt for an H270 motherboard.

Storage: Never been a fan of multiple SSDs. the M.2 you have is fine, but the second disk drive should, IMO, be a standard 2.5" hard drive. Otherwise, just get a single, larger SSD and partition it into two logical drives.

Video Card: No issues. You have the power supply for it and it fits within your case with room to spare.

Memory: Given the cooling limitations of the case. I'd probably stick with non-OCed memory. Drop it down to DDR4-2133/2400 unless DDR4-3000 is cheaper and you do not intend to run it over-clocked anyway.

Processor: Again, about case cooling. I would recommend attempting to overclock so I'd probably opt for a non-K version of the processor.

CPU Cooler: Borderline fits within your case. That close to the case lid may restrict air flow. Maybe look for one a bit thinner.

Is the i5-8600k and Z370 motherboards not available in your area? Also the i5-8400 as an alternative, since overclocking isn't going to make a huge improvement in performance. 6-cores will probably come in handy in the future.
