Hey there.

I have a problem and can't figure it out. Problem is - CPU overheating (even if i undervolt = 60°C idle and light load like firefox i am hitting 70°C.

I bought 3 days ago, new motherboard ASUS B650E plus Wifi and this never occurs before on my secondary board - crosshair hero.

I´ve tried reset CMOS, manually set everything (disabled saving features, etc...) and still getting those horrible temperature.
I´ve also tried other AM5 CPU (same model) and it behaviour same as my new AM5 CPU.

Because of this problem i had Arctic Cooling Liequid Freezer cooler, which i suspect there could be a problem with pump, but no,... so i bought MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 and problem still persist.

Hopefully i can find a fix or i dont know what would to do.

Anyway specs pc are :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
MB : ASUS B650E-Plus Wifi
RAM : 2x Kingston Fury 96GB, 6000MHz
SSD: 1x Samsung 2TB 9100Pro, 1x Crucial 500GB, 1x Samsung 990 Pro 4TB.
PSU : Corsair RM1000x
GPU : Palit Geforce RTX 5070

Was this your older board? If so, you performed a downgrade compared to the ROG board. What BIOS version are you on for your latter Asus motherboard? That being said, did you reinstall the OS after the motherboard swap?
