Get the 4690k and the 290 and 290x are all good options. Do you need a monitor os keyboard and mouse.

thats a great selection. Is the Gigabyte card the way to go though. The Sapphire 290x Vapor-x is amazing but much more expensive. What 290x is the best to you

The windforce is cheap and has good cooling. The vapor-x is good but is more expensive. if you dont mind spending more the vapor-x is a great 290x.

MSI makes good cards. They don't have the highest factory overclocks so to get the performance of other cards you might have to do some overclocking.
