650W is the advertised wattage of the unit while 80 plus bronze is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. What is the make and model of the PSU? You can take the side panels off your case, take pictures of the stickered sides of the PSU, host said images on Imgur then pass on a link on this thread for us to see.

i removed the cmos battery 20 second put it back no post no beep from the internal speaker
the power supply is a DEEPCOOL PL650D
