Solution
Here is another option. The stock cooler on the Ryzen should overclock to 3.7~3.8Ghz. The 1070 will blow away the 1060 and the crucial SSD is one of the most reliable. A 16GB kit of faster RAM is better for some games. The R5 1600 is as powerful as a 6800K in none gaming so it should do way better in light FL Studio mixing.

Now it is not the best time to buy a new gpu because of the price hikes. I suggest you to wait untill gtx 1070 prices (or wait for the new Vega GPUs) are near or below levels (I just added a gtx 1070 for a price estimate)- gtx 1070s will go on sale for sure after Vega GPU launch after 30th July (and are available to buy).
I suggest going for Ryzen (i5 are o longer worth it after Ryzen). If you have extra money get the R7 1700 CPU. All Ryzen CPUs are unlocked.

The build I've chosen does not require a CPU cooler as the one included is pretty decent. If you want an aftermarket one, go with good air coolers (like the beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3- great cooler I have it myself), not AIOs as those are noisy (compared with a CPU air cooler) and don't really perform any better compared with a good air cooler. I suggested a different case than the one you provided so you can choose. I also added imo the ideal storage for the build. Alternatively, you can go with a geqular 2TB/1TB hdd instead of the SSHD (I have the same myself together with a WD10EZEX). You can get a cheaper B350 motherboard if you don't need the extra SATA etc. of the X370 chipset.

Mobos with the same chipset are very close to each other in terms of features but differ in terms of integrated audio, SATA ports sometimes, number of M2 slots, CPU VRM (more phases is meant for OCing but that does not mean a mobo with fewer power phases can't OC well)

Id rather keep mine more original to my choices and desires tbh. New GPU's come out in August?

Yes, in August they will be available, launch is today (30th July). Still, I only recommend you an intel system right now only if you are getting an i7. When 8th gen cpus launch this autumn it may be a different story. So, in conclusion, not ideal timing to build a system.
