120hz/144hz budget monitors?

Hello,
I play CS:GO quite a lot and my Acer monitor only has 60hz of refresh rate. I usually exceed 60FPS in-game, and it's pointless when it surpasses 60 FPS. I want to be able to notice the higher FPS, so I want to get a new monitor with 120hz or 144hz.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a new widescreen 1920x1080 monitor that has 120hz and is really cheap, or a 144hz monitor that is a little more money but is worth the extra money.

My budget is $250.
