Upgraded my CPU and motherboard, getting (sort of high) load temps around 60C despite CM Hyper 212 Evo. Currently have a Raidmax Seiran but had remove the side 180mm fan due to the 212 not fitting. Probably the reason for the temps as I only have one 120mm intake and one 120mm exhaust.

Not looking for cheap ones with flashy leds, but ones that are semi-silent and performs great. Also I would like to spend around $20 for each ($40 total).
On a side note, do you think if I installed those new intakes (there would be 3 intakes, and 1 exhaust) would it be wise to put the 180mm side fan on the outside of the case as an exhaust? The metal mesh would pick up most dust, but I am unsure about the pressure then.
