I've got 128 meg SDRAM in my Duron 700 system. Can I stick a 256 meg DIMM in there with it, for a total of 384? Or can I only put in a module of the same size?

Just make sure you read your manual or the website to make sure your motherboard can use 256mb sticks, some can't but most can, depending on how old your mobo is.

All the duron boards can support one peace 256mb of ram,
but 128ram and a 256ram will give you more than 384 ram, it will give you 388ram or more because the 128ram is not exactly a 128 it gives a 130 ram and the same for the 256ram, ok.
So you can don't wory.
