128GB SSD enough?

Hi, would a 128GB SSD be enough for booting an Apple OS. Preferably OS X El Capitan.

Would it be enough for Windows 10 OS only.

I have a separate HDD for storage

I can't speak for OSX but I don't see why not.

For Windows 10 yes that is more than enough space for just the OS. You could get away with just a 60GB drive if you really wanted to.

128 gb ssd is totally fine for everyday use no problem what so ever.

Yes, a 128GB will work just fine.
A 250GB is better for price vs size, but that 128GB will work.

For only os is sufficient. You remember that new hard disk will be have less than 128 GB physical space. IMHO ~110 GB.
