12gb ram but only 9,97 for use

Is it 9.97 "installed" or 9.97 "available" showing up? If "available", that's because your APU is reserving memory for graphics, nothing to worry about.

Yea given the amount that seems to be 'missing' (around 2gb) and the fact it's an apu, I'd say the ram is being used as vram for the integrated graphics. Unlike a dedicated video card which has its own onboard vram, apu's reserve some of the system ram for use as vram.
