what hard drive do you have is it a ssd or reg if its an ssd you might want to lower it 1 too 2 gig or move it to a non ssd hard drive

no I have HDD I don't have SSD

Why move the Pagefile, effectively RAM memory onto a slower HDD? Keep it on the SSD for faster access.
My Pagefile is 1152MB and I have 8GB of RAM. I can't understand if you are saying your Pagefile is 12GB or just that you have 12GB RAM.
