I would like to buy an i3 12th gen system to replace mi i3 9th gen board and proc, 13th and 14th i3 are out since they are expensive here. I do not live in the US so we don't get good microcenter like deals, even used parts are pricey compared to US. Stores here sells Processor and Motherboards in bundles they won't sell it each. i3-12100F is always paired with an H610 and on where I live B series are a rare and pricey. Is an H610 Motherboard good enough for my usage? I might upgrade in the very future like an i5 maybe. Basic PC usage only and playing games at 1080p 60Hz. Going the Ryzen route is expensive too where i'm at AM5 costs so much more than an Intel, going AM4 is on Par with Intel if I buy used R5 3600+b450, R55600G+a520 is cheaper though but I think its a side grade, and 5600+b550 costs much much more than an intel proc+mobo bundle.

Current Specs:
i3-9100F
B360M Mobo
GTX 1070
2x8GB 2666Mhz Ram
Seasonic M12 620W Bronze
500GB NVME
4x3.5" HDD

for what you have describe you will be fine.
more to that i3 12100f pair very good with gtx 1070
if you can replace your psu to gold 650 corsair/asus it will be perfect
without any change to your psu you will be still fine.
good luck

Where do you live and what is your budget?

A i3 12100 would be a very nice CPU, however H610 motherboards are mostly ...not very good.
Can you afford a Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4? Or AsRock Pro?

You can re-use DDR4 RAM. No need to spend money on a new kit, your CPU will be a bigger improvement.

Your PSU is getting old and needs to be replaced. That is a good PSU, but don't risk it. PSUs get worse with age.
