too strong cpu for a relatively weak gpu

i realized later that the CPU is overkill, so switched that to the 8350. should i keep the water cooling? and what would you recommend for the graphics card, i'm thinking i might want to upgrade that.
i plan on gaming with this build btw
 
an 8320 will be fine, no need for the 8350 since you will already overclock (liquid cooling). you could honestly get away with a good air cooler but if liquid is ur thing that's fine. the r9 270x is weak when compared to the budget. the RAM can be 1866 and youll be ok (for gaming ). 750W is fine if you get a R9 280x instead or a 770
