If you fitted a 800P3 133FSB CPU to PC (also has 133Ram) with a 100ATA (100FSB) hard drive, what would generaly happen?

CPU and Ram would underclock to 100FSB, or hard drive overclock and run OK or burnout?

Thanks,

Those numbers are completely unrelated. ATA100 stands for 100MB/s, not 100MHz.

When the PII 350 was introduced, the drive standard was still ATA33. About the time the PIII 600B came out, the drive standard was ATA66.

None of the clocks change, nothing slows down, nothing burns out, bus speed and drive transfer rates have nothing to do with each other.
