Hi, I'm 14 years old and I put this build together. My budget is about $1000 give or take. I'm aiming for this to be a quality build that can smoothly run Minecraft, League of Legends, Battlefield 3&4, Skyrim etc. at high settings with no overclock. What do you guys think?

Too much ram? Should I go with 8gb?
Good Graphics Card, CPU, and Motherboard?
Will it do what I want?
Will the i5 stock cooler do the job?

Any comments, ideas, or constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ok I'll switch to the PCI. What do you think of the build though Suztera? And do I need the SSD?

I think I will be fine without the SSD. I will not know how to set it up correctly or really handle it and use it completely to my benefit. Ok, I think I'm ready to order.

Awesome thanks. I think I'll get the Samsung 120GB SSD then. Ok I think I'm done. If there is anything else you feel I need to know please tell me. Or recommendations/alterations.

I dont think you need to change anything now, the build should be great for you :)

Since this is your first build I would recommend doing some research into putting your PC together. There is a sticky in the systems section here, and there are many really good YouTube guides you can learn from. Take your time is the main thing I would say. Enjoy!

On XFX's website it says the minimum power requirement for the XFX R9 280x Double Dissipation is 750w. Help please.

Thanks a ton. So the antec power supply should be fine? Also here's my final build planning on ordering these parts. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ZBod/saved/VJprxr. Please tell me what you think. Any specific keyboard you like? Thanks!

Sorry for so many questions I'm 14 and not very educated in this field. So should I be able to run things like Gta v, Bf4, Skyrim, Minecraft, League Of Legends, and Grid 2 at high settings and get a really good amount of FPS on all of them?

Having overclocking is a great option, especially if you can fit it within the same price range. Here's the build I'd recommend:
