$1400 AUD pc build

Hey there,

I am looking to build my first pc, and my budget is around $1400, however, i am willing to go a little over if needed. I am using the pc for video editing on premiere pro with 1080p drone footage, gaming @60fps on AAA FPS games, and I would LOVE a black and white themed pc. Also, i need an ssd, and 16gb DDR4.

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

I was looking at the parts that i put into scorptec, and the build was a little too expensive, so i added another post to compare the two builds.
