Changed CPU + motherboard to Kaby Lake as if you are not getting an overclocking board, there is no reason to get a K sku CPU, so I went with a cheaper 7500 + b250 in lieu of the 6600k + b150. Changed PSU to a more reliable unit from EVGA. Took out CPU cooler as stock cooler will be fine to use. Chose a STRIX card instead of a reference card.
