1406 3dMarks on 3dMark06

Hello,
recently, i bought a brand new XFX GeForce 8400GS 512MB (no TC), and after a little oc, i thought i could benchmark it.
I was expecting, at least 15fps, but my average was of 5 with peaks of 10 and 0 -.-.

I have:
XFX GeForce 8400GS 512mb
2x 1gb DDR2 Supertalent with heatsink
biostar mobo (NF61S-M2A)
Athlon 64 X2 4000+ 2.11 ghz
450w power supply

and that's pretty much everything.
Does anyone know what could possibly be doing this? I read, on this forum, that a guy with an Athlon 64 single core, GeForce 7800 or 7600 i'm not sure and 2 gigs of ram scored over 4000.

8400GS is not a gaming monstor..., at all. I have one on my M1330 notebook and I OC'ed and can just barely break 2000. It does real well on games like HL2 but only runs Crysis and Bioshock in low to get decent frame rates. The best budget for regular PC would be something like a 9600, i wouldn't even recommend an 8600 if you really want to game.
