Question 1440p Gaming and Premiere Pro Editing: Which CPU is Best for My 4070 Ti Super?

I'm looking to build a new computer, and I've decided on the 4070 ti super for my graphics card. I'll primarily be using it for 1440p gaming with good frame rates, as well as running Premiere Pro for video editing and rendering. I typically edit and render a 20-minute video about three times a week. My question is, which CPU would be a better choice for my needs: the r9 9900x or the r7 7800x3d?

The 9900x3d and 9950x3d are coming in March, and then you have new GPU's coming next month, RTX 5070 and 5070ti.
