144hz 1080p Display battle!

Hello guys ive been looking at two 1080p monitors and want to hear youre opinion on which one is the best!

In the far right corner we have: Philips Brilliance 242G5DJEB 144 Hz Monitor!

And in the left corner we have BenQ XL2411Z 24" Full HD Gaming Monitor!

Which one would you choose and why?

Im by far no expert on monitors but wouldnt the 1ms response time be far better on the benq?

The BenQ monitor is defiantly the better candidate, and not just because of the response time. It also has a lot better color saturation.

How good is it compared to the BenQ?

Im looking for smooth gameplay in games like BF4.

Well i would give you an honest review on it mate, but i have to say that im sorry i cant.

Im currently looking for me a good 144hz monitor as well, the one i linked above is just the one im thinking about so i linked it here for you to see as well

But i do like the 1ms response time on the benq and the one i linked above more, i can tell you that

Response time spec should be ignored. Monitors aren't created equal, and usually if two monitors have the same or similar specs, at the same price point, chances are very high that they are using the same exact panel, and any difference in specs is the difference way of measuring each spec in each brands test lab. A good example of this is the XL2411Z and the VG248QE which use the same panel... With that said, the best competitive monitor is the FG2421, it's the best today, and has been since 2013, so two years straight, it's a very unique monitor.
