Hello!

I just bought AOC g2460pf, and everything is fine exepct one thing. I only play CSGO on res 1600x900.

So, when i set 1600x900@144hz i get crappy image quality with grey horizontal lines moving verticaly across whole screen. (Is this screen tearing?)
On other resoultions i get no problems, picture is fine. I tried 1280x1024, 1920x1080, 1280x960, 1280x720,etc...all @144hz

Also after messing around with driver options "pixel clock" and "refresh rate" i noticed picture is fine with no grey horizontal lines on 1600x900 if i set 120hz or lower freq, the lower the hz the better the picture on this resolution with no grey lines.

So...is this big problem, should i RMA monitor? Can i fix it somehow? I am using displayport,win10, r9 380. Basically monitor only has problem on 1600x900 res. :C

Help?

What is your FPS while in CS:GO? If it is extremely high (way above your refresh rate) then enable v-sync and see if that fixes the issue.

"i get crappy image quality"
That's not your monitor's native resolution so the image has to be streched to fit the 1080p monitor your using.

"Is this screen tearing?"
No

I found this comment on the reviews section of newegg.com.
"I get little horizontal lines moving upwards on the monitor when its set to 144hz"
and
"an AOC customer rep stated on another website about a month ago, that all stock had been recalled and they were going to fix the firmware"

Not sure what is causing that issue but based on what I've read, I would call the company.
