I bought a new Razer blade pro 2019 (RTX 2070), this is the first time i am using IPS 144hz display in my life. When i watch videos from YouTube or movie locally (pot player) i see my screen not smooth or judder or stutter. I never experienced this before on my 60hz 720p old display and it is happening only when the camera pan moves slowly on the video (on bright background). I changed my display refresh rate to 60hz and checked still the same or maybe bit worse. It is not happening in every videos on every frame, even though its very annoying not watchable for me. Since this is my first time really i am not sure about, is this a display defect or video fps problem or my eye problem.
