144hz monitor 2 side monitors at 60hz?

Looking for some monitor advice......I currently have a triple monitor setup and love it but they are only 21.5" screens and could really use bigger screens for working on & gaming - i only game on 1 monitor though.

My plan was to get a 144Hz monitor as my main monitor and 2 side monitors at 60Hz. However I have seen people on forums mention its not great having 1 144hz and then another at 60hz or another 2 at that as you notice the difference going between monitors and not great for working on.

Do people find this to be the case? I could get just 2 at 144Hz but I'd rather not lose my 3 monitor setup.

Going from a 21.5" to a 24-27" screen allows more to be done on one screen. I'd just get one solid good one and maybe keep two of the old ones.

Thanks my issue is id like it all matching as ive got the whoel thing lit up looking pretty smart and feel to small ones wouldnt fit like it all does nicely now haha.
