144hz Monitor, can I run it

GPU: GeForce GTX 1050ti
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: 16GB DDR3
HDD: 1TB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev 5.0)

So would it be worth it to buy a 144hz monitor with this setup, or do I need to upgrade my PC to get it work well with the 144hz. Thanks!

If for CSGO kind of game, yes. For AAA titles? No way.

Worth it? No not really unless all you play are e-sports titles that are low impact. games like Rocket League, Overwatch, League of Legends, and CSGO can run at a high framerate on your system. Anything high end (GTA V, Assassins Creed Origins, etc) doesn't have a prayer of maxing it out and making it worth the money even on low settings.
