Hello
I have 2 monitors, a 144hz GN246HL and a 60hz ASUS VS228. Both monitors are plugged into the same GPU but the 144hz uses DVI while my 60hz uses HDMI. The problem that's occurring is anytime I am watching youtube or twitch on my 60hz monitor, my 144hz downgrades to 60hz. This is especially noticeable when playing games on my main monitor as my frames are a constant 150+ FPS but it feels like it's at 60. Although once I close the tab, everything resumes back to normal.
I turned hardware acceleration off on google chrome. I also went into my NVIDIA Control Panel and set the perform scaling on GPU but neither of these worked. Is there any way to fix this problem?
