144hz on a 1440p monitor, would this cable work?

I'm wondering if this cable would support 144hz on a 1440p monitor, I've seen people suggesting displayport 1.2 and 1.4 but I'm not sure which kind this is, or if it would work. I'm seeing people in the reviews saying they have issues with 1440p 144hz on this cable but some say it works fine, if this one doesn't work could someone link me with one that does? Thanks
