Question 144hz option suddenly disappeared ?

This all happens yesterday, I was playing a game and suddenly I noticed some screen tearing and everything just felt off. So I checked and noticed that all 144hz options disappeared: I went into almost every display setting I found and nothing worked.

I tested the screen on my brothers pc and even for him it didn’t have the 144hz option. But when I used my brothers screen with my pc it had all his options up to 240hs (monitors max hz).
I don’t know what to do…

Edit: Got a HDMI to HDMI with DP adaptor. HDMI is connected to my screen DP is connected to the GPU.

I tried different sockets but not cable cause I don’t have another one, I was planning on going to buy one but said I’ll make this post first.

Got a different cable (No adaptors) now there’s no 144hz and the 1440p option also disappeared…

What monitor is this? If not user error then it's going to be a faulty monitor.
