144hz or 75hz

Hello, i need some help from you guys, i mostly play Wow, Wot and some Fortnite. Is there any good budget monitor you can suggest for me? I don't know real difference in these games between 75hz and 144hz monitors.

Depends which components you have in PC. Only if your PC can push above 144 fps, but difference is that image would be smoother.

I7 6700k ,1060 6gb,16 gb ddr4. Could you suggest some good budget gaming monitor not larger then 24 inches. Thanks.
