I have a D-Link DIR-600M Wireless N150 Home router and when I use it plugged in through a CAT 6 cable to my PC the maximum speed it reaches is around 94-95 Mbps and the max wireless speed is around 45-50 Mbps whereas when I plug the Ethernet cable directly into the PC I get 125-127 Mbps. What's the deal here?

When it comes to wireless speeds you can figure that you will only get about 1/2 of the reported speed due to overhead. In this case you have a 150Mbps wireless so max connection going to the computer will be about 75Mbps. In regards to the direct Ethernet, with a N150 router you might only have 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports on it so that would mean that you won't get more than that speed.
