Question New GPU has artifacts

I got a new GPU, Asus dual fan rx 6600 v3.
I played games like GOW ragnarok, Last of us part 2 and Spiderman remastered and in these 3 games i got artifacts
in Spider man i saw a red line appear for a brief second and i also saw it while using photo mode, it looked like it was coming from the helicopter lights in the game and some street lights also flickered in the game.

in GOW i saw 2 white artifacts appear, one was small and the 2nd one bigger

in Last of us part 2 most of the screen went white a split second
the drivers are 25.6.1, the temps are low at 70 to 75 max and in furmark my hotspot was 82 max, i also used artifact scanner in furmark for 15 mins and nothing showed up.

i can still replace the card but the question is should i do it? i used DDU to uninstall all drivers

Your PSU is the minimum for that card and not a high end contender in the first place. It's age may play a role but can be really hard to say on a situation like this. Other factors could include monitor and cable connection type in relation to sync. I wouldn't call that 'artifacting' but can create some odd visuals.

If this is new or returnable I would do so just to be cautious while also ordering a newer PSU with a bit more wattage and quality.

My monitor only has vga and not hdmi so i use a hdmi to dvi cable, but with my old graphics card it showed no artifacts. i'm using a old driver for the rx 6600 and so far i'm not seeing artifacts
