$1500 Gaming PC Build

I planned on upgrading my current PC, but it's about 3 years old so I figured I should just buy a whole new PC. I am only going to use this PC for gaming. I dont plan on video editing, or anything of the like. I prefer an intel build, but if someone can talk me into AMD I will consider that too. I can spend about $1500 on this build.

Any suggestions on a build would be greatly appreciated!

My pc build is in my sig. Mines runs around 1500, of course you can modify it as you please.
I have a I7 4770..if you are strictly gaming, you can easily go do to a I5, Haswell Or Ivy bridge of I5, which would save you $75.00-$100.00+
Although IVY bridge would be a little cheaper.

Mantle also is coming out for AMD Graphic cards, but it is supposedly open source, so if that's something your looking into, you might want to review some AMD gpus, R9 270, 280 (7970 bassically) or 290.
