1500 gaming pc build

hey, im building a pc that would be $1500 in price. Dual Monitors. No Os, No keyboard and mouse needed. hopefully can run any game on high or ultra high at 60fps

What is "Any Game" specifically? Do you care about anti-aliasing? Do you want your monitors to do anything specific? Are you building the PC, or are we? What does "No OS" mean?

I assume you will only game on one monitor? Two-monitor gaming isn't really a "thing". You could do 3, but probably not very well, not for $1500.
