Question 15a or 10a most likely to power PC ?

Hey guys, last night was having to move pc and everything was disconnected.

However when putting things back together I noticed I had two identical power cables, one with a 10amp fuse and the other with 15 amp fuse.

One powers my PC and the other powers my Monitor... but wanted to check which is which.

15amp for PSU/PC... 10amp cable for Monitor ? or other way round ?

The lower amperage should go to the monitor.
