Question 16 GB of Physical Memory but suddenly and randomly changes to 8 Gb of physical memory.

Hi there. The issue is unbelievable. I built this pc 2 weeks ago with brand-new components. I've been using it with 16 gb of ram since I've built it.

But recently, the physical memory turns to 8 gb, WHILE USING WINDOWS-GAMING-BROWSING.

All the cables and other components are O.K. Sticks' rgb lights are working. Windows memory diagnostics showed no errors. Mem86 is running r8 now. I'll keep y'all updated. Thanks in advance 🙏🏿❤

MEMORY STICKS: 8*2 2933 MHZ Hyperx predator rgb cl15

Edit: I found out that my memory product is not listed in the motherboard's support list. Before buying a supported sticks, I'll try formatting windows if the issue continues. The bios is up to date. Windows is updated. All drivers are up to date. Memtest have been running for more than 2 hours. Found no errors. Still running.

Is this image anormal? 8*2 sticks seated on motherboard. Recognizes 8. Total virtual is 8-9. WTF?
