16 GB RAM Installed but only 7,47 usable.

So i just upgraded my Ram from 2x4 GB Kingston to a pair of 8 GB Corsair Vengeance. Everything is running smooth but the sistem says that only 7,47 of the RAM is usable.
I have an Asus P8H61-m lx r2.0, an Intel Core i7 2600 3.40 GHz a Asus GeForce GTX 750Ti.

I don't know what to do so 16 GB RAM are actually usable.

If the computer gives no errors when doing POST check in the RAM configuration options in the BIOS. You aksi ciykd gave it re-install windows - that's how we got a 4GB to 8GB upgrade to work on the computers in my school.

I guess reset the PC and give it a try
