16 Gigs installed but only 3.01 Usable

Running Windows 10 Pro

Home build, just built it.

Have an Asus H170 Gaming Pro
Intel i5 7600
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000)

The BIOS recognizes the RAM and windows does too.

However in Windows it says that only 3.01 out of the 16GB.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does it have the latest BIOS that supports the 7600.

Yes it does, that was a separate headache that I solved earlier.

Was this WIn10 install an upgrade from an earlier/original 32 bit Windows 7 or 8?

Yup, that was the problem. Had a 32 bit install.

Just making a 64 bit install disk now.
