1600mgz with a 1333mgz processor

even though it only goes to 1333mgz im going to use a gigabyte b85m-d2v mother board i dont know if it's compatible or not if not i can go with Intel Core i3-4130

Yes the selected new ram will work on the selected CPU but only at stock 1333 Mhz speed unless you overclock it then you may be able to get more out of it. BUT this is never a guaranty, with OCing there is no guaranty's that parts will be able to reach a certain limit.

It will run at 1333MHz, and in most uses, you'll not see the difference.
