160mm CPU Cooler - 159mm CPU cooler slot.

Hi,
I have SilentiumPC Regnum RG2Wand I want to buy Noctua NH-D14 because with cooler that I have now my i7 7700k overheating. Some sites have in specs max height 159mm some 160mm. Do you thing that this cooler with with this case ?

The height of CPU cooler is 160mm and maximum height of case is 159 and some sites tells 160mm max height. Will the one mm do it impossible ?

Yes it will fit go for it
my case has a max height of 169 and my CPU cooler is 172mm i took the risk and bought it and it fitted properly

Edit: it's possible. I have to lower the fans on cooler for fitting it in case but it was not a problem. Only upper tops on cooler are on the corner of the case window, but it's not a problem.

Id say the noctua will fit , silentium spec cooler height at 160mm anyway (not 159mm)

Id be more concerned with ram clearance than anything else , the noctua can hit 2 slots on a lot of boards & if you dont have low height ram then its not going to fit.
