Cheap motherboard. Take a look at yours

Look around the CPU socket(where the CPU goes).

Now another board

Notice the black things surrounding the cooler?

Not only does the CPU and GPU get too warm. So too do other components. Some boards come with those passive heatsinks to help keep components cooler which equates to a "healthier" computer. Just an FYI. If in the future you wonder why is my motherboard so much warmer than my CPU you will know why. Not saying you need a Z170 board. You know you don't need it for OC'ing.

Good PSU.

Good case. I'd prefer https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811853002 for a budget case.

Then I'd toss in the Cryorig H7.

Never head of Galax. http://thepcenthusiast.com/galax-geforce-gtx-1080-hof-8gb-review/10/ Seems good.

165 MHz at 2560x1440 aka 1440p with those two games? Seems likely.

ok i switched the motherboard to asus strix b250f
but i cant get Cryorig H7 to my country
If you can take a look a these coolers it would be realy appreciated!

These coolers? I can't see any.

Motherboard change? Nice, very nice.

A link to your local online store? The 212 Evo and the Cryorig H5 are a couple other options. The Evo isn't 200R friendly. Deepcool friendly? yes.

These: http://www.plonter.co.il/products_results.tmpl?command=search&db=^catalog.txt&EQshelfdataRQ=%EE%E0%E5%E5%F8%F8%E9%ED%20%EC%EE%F2%E1%E3%E9%ED&cart=14983228855634142&lang=heb&price_totalSORT=1&max=300&sortitems=1&price_totalTYPE=num

Is the PSU is enough?

My picks

Be quiet - BK008 - PURE ROCK SLIM - LGA1151

Zalman - CNPS5X-Performa-PC

Just to be clear - The 7600 includes its own cooler. Buying an aftermarket cooler is not required.

Last question, is the PSU is enough or I should get the 650w

More than enough. Yes, I read the review. However when one considers the TDP of the CPU 65W and GPU 180W and considers the RAM, 4 or 5 drives and some USB devices the 550W Bronze PSU is more than enough. Even the Seasonic 520W Bronze PSU is more than enough.
