[SOLVED] 1660 ti drivers?

After clean installing windows 10 and all of the updates that come with it, I attempted to install the nvidia 1660ti drivers straight from the website and at the installation process it stopped twice at the exact same point and black screened. What is the problem here? I've also experienced several failed attempts at numerous windows installs, failing to boot after the getting ready phase setting up windows. I would love some feedback and help thank you.

Guessing at this point would be the board or the card. Or software conflicts, poorly written malware, etc.
