Hey there, that is the second time I'm asking for a solution for this problem.
I have 16gb ram 2x8GB (crucial CT2K8G4DFS8213) and in the properties of "this pc" it shows 16gb (7,95 usable) and even CPU-Z shows 16gb ram. I don't know what to do pleas help!!
specs:
MSI B350M mortar arctic
AMD R5 1600
GTX 980 G1 GAMING
16gb ram 2x8GB (crucial CT2K8G4DFS8213)

Hurmf.... My bad...

Several things to try in fact.

1. Update bios
2. You built the system? If yes, then make sure the cpu cooler is not screwed down to hard since that can "bend" the motherboard in sutch a way that you dont make full contact with the memory modules. (not often this happens but hey.. you never know)
3. Take out one of the RAM sticks and boot up and check that you got all 8 GB...

I don't understand what you mean.
i meant that pc's properties shows 16gb of memory but it sais that only 7.95 are usable although CPU-Z shows all the 16gb

Even though you don't like doing it, you will need to go into the BIOS to make sure everything is configured properly (If your issue is with knowing what things are or do, a quick Google search or glimpse at the users manual would help a lot here). After you have verified everything in the BIOS you can reference the user manual again this time looking for RAM installation, it should tell you which DIMMs to use if your board supports Dual Channel Memory. Hope this helps!

4. Re-check your timings and speed in bios.
5. Try different DIMM slots.

You do not have to do this in the order I typed them down ofc :)
But number 1 should almost always be tryed. Keep your bios up to date.
