1721 error on uninstall

Trying to uninstall Kaspersky and getting a 1721 error. I have tried to force uninstall with revo uninstaller pro and still no luck. Computer has windows 8.1 The person I talked to at Kaspersky has no idea. This all started because I was told to do a uninstall and reload my virus protection. Need help
