$1800 Red/Black First Build

HI guys,
I have put together a build for a wishlist for Christmas. I has wondering if you guys could recommend anything I could change. I am located in Australia. I am going for an amazing looking red/black theme build in the Corsair 540 Air (that case is a must!).
I need a monitor, OS and anything you would need for a first time builder (isopropyl alcohol?).
Main use is gaming
