19 in CRT?

I have 400 to spend on a 19in monitor (flat hopefully) and was wondering what everyone thought would be my best buy and why. The only link I have found that does a review is pcworld and I'm not crazy about their findings.

I'm not a big expert, but I just got Samsung 955DF and am blown away
Some others here have had similar experiences
sells for about $600+ Canadian, I'm guessing that's around $400US, check around and you'll find it at that price hopefully

it's flat, its bright, its crisp, its colourful, and its small (in a good way, it is 18" viewable, but only 18.5" wide total; some others with same screen size waste upwards of 22" just on plastic frame etc... couldn't fit those in my desk at all )

Samsung 955DF is a great monitor, got it for $470 CAD for my brother. If you have more money to spend, I recommend the NEC MultiSync FE950 or the Samsung 900NF.
